At Hirenect, we aim to provide transparent and fair hiring services. This refund policy applies to any paid features on our platform (e.g., featured jobs, premium placement).

1. No Refund for Completed Services

Once a paid service is activated and visible—such as a featured job listing—it’s considered completed and non-refundable

2. Refund Eligibility

Partial refunds may be available if:

  • You were charged incorrectly.
  • A technical issue prevented your paid feature from appearing live.
  • You cancel before the service goes live.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name
  • Transaction date and amount
  • Reason for the refund request
  • We will respond within 3–5 business days

4. Refund Process & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
